Call for Prayers...

I know this is highly unlike me, but I'm trying to get better at asking for and accepting service.

Many of you know that these last couple months have been rough for many of our friends and family. Our faith has been strengthened through these experiences and we have an exceptional amount to be thankful for this Thanksgiving, as always. Though, the best Christmas present would probably be an uneventful 2010!

Most recently, my little neice, Amelia, was discovered to have a brain tumor. Though her prognosis is generally good, brain surgery is, well, brain surgery...

(You know when you're trying to get something open and you mutter, "Geez, this isn't brain surgery!"...sorry, back on topic...)

She will be undergoing the surgery tomorrow and could surely use some extra prayers in her behalf.

Her family's blog is http://www.thefromm.blogspot.com/ if anyone wants to read up on baby Amelia, or just see pictures of an adorable family!

Thanks! Happy Thanksgiving!

We are on it Kirs. All your "inherited" family are aware via e-mail.

" Prayer can change the night to day..."

While I know the Lord is in charge, He also says: " Ask and ye shall receive".

Love, Dad A.

Will do. I am so sorry to hear about your mother in law and now your niece. Despite all of this, hopefully time together during the holidays will make it somewhat better. Best to you, your family and extended family. Happy Thanksgiving!
