Clues your kids are stir-crazy...

1. The six year old runs outside to play. Returns 2 minutes later because, "It's really cold." Goes back out 2 minutes later because he's bored. Returns 2 minutes later because, "It's really cold." Goes back out 2 minutes later because he's bored. Returns 2 minutes later because, "It's really cold." Goes back out 2 minutes later because he's bored. Repeats this 15 times until I finally lock him out.

2. The eight year old non-athlete is running laps around the house and hurdling the furniture.

3. The four year old asks to go on a walk at 7 pm, which we do.

4. The two year old stands in the window watching for signs of life at the neighbors' houses. When she sees someone she knows she starts screaming, "Hi Jim!* Hi! You go to work? Jim, you have ice cream for me and Joshua and Gus? Jim! Jim! Jimmy, come back!"
